Phoenix and America Israel Sell Penthouse in Tel Aviv for 23 Million Shekels

Phoenix and America Israel completed a luxury sale in the 'Moza' project in North Tel Aviv, selling a penthouse for 23.215 million shekels, approximately 100,000 shekels per square meter gross. The penthouse, located on the 33rd floor, includes 243 square meters with a 31 square meter terrace and offers three directions. The sale was made before the official marketing, targeting a select group of buyers. The purchasers, a couple from a well-known Israeli business family, sought a private and peaceful living environment near Yarkon Park and cultural sites. The project, designed by architect Moshe Tzur, includes three residential towers of 33 floors and about 450 units. According to Dror Toren, CEO of the residential division at America Israel, the project attracts buyers looking for a combination of privacy, quality of life, and meticulous design in a unique Tel Aviv location.
