The purchase price reflects approximately 83,000 shekels per square meter, indicative of the high luxury housing prices in this area. The family, with three children, previously rented in the neighborhood. The first penthouse spans about 144 square meters with balconies of 42 square meters, while the second is 133 square meters with balconies of 68 square meters. The Remez 27 project replaces a 1950s four-story building with a new nine-story building comprising 24 residential units. According to Ayelet Pichon Oz, sales director, there is consistent demand from affluent families seeking to upgrade their living experience in northern Tel Aviv.
